I was commissioned to create a Halston portrait that explores his style and Pop Art of the time. My goal was to showcase both young and older Halston with a nod to his fashion and fragrance brands, Studio 54, friend and muse Liza Minnelli and his longtime paramour Victor Hugo.

I drew this by hand on acid-free paper (16×24 inches).

The same collector also commissioned me to rethink a vintage A-Ha album. I loved creating both of these pieces.
