In addition to painting a mural at Wharton Flats, a new residential building in South Philadelphia, I also created window art. The client wanted a graffiti-stye design with touches of color to appeal to a younger demographic. We settled on famous words and images related to the neighborhood and city at large, using a whimsical design style and primary color palette. The design was printed on four extra-large window covers that can be seen from the outside but that still allow light into the stairwell.
