Natalie Hope McDonald is fine artist based in Philadelphia. She creates works on paper, canvas and three-dimensional items, including decorative plates, reclaimed wood, sculpture and other up cycled materials. Her work is inspired by popular culture and street art, as well as the culture of celebrity and history.
She’s worked with notable galleries over the years, including James Oliver and Paradigm.
Her work can be found in public and private collections around the world, including the permanent collection of the Philadelphia Art Museum. She’s created murals for private and public places, including the Museum of Glass in Tacoma, WA, and the National Liberty Museum in Philadelphia. Her illustrations have been featured on commercial products ranging from apparel and home decor to coloring books and special-edition prints.
Her most recent work encompasses larger-scale installations, the most recent of which (HOME I and II) is featured in the permanent collection at Lebanon Valley College, the artist’s alma mater.
Natalie’s work can also be found in the collections of author Michael Chabon, filmmaker Spike Lee and Supreme Court Justice Ketani Brown Jackson.
