ARTIST TALK

I was invited to give an artist talk recently for my solo exhibition at Off the Wall Gallery at Dirty Frank’s in Philadelphia. Despite the fact that the talk was just a few days before the election (and an hour before an Eagles game) we had a great turnout. I was honored be able to share a bit about my process as an artist and I eagerly fielded really thoughtful questions from people who showed up to participate.

Thanks to everyone at Franks for making both the exhibition and talk happen.

As I mentioned during the talk, being able to show work in less traditional venues is such an important opportunity for artists. Many times we are hidden behind gallery and museum walls and never get to reach people who exist outside of those spaces. I had the chance to meet incredibly supporting people from around the world (literally), as well as new and longtime collectors through this show. For that I am very grateful.

Thank you, Jody and Togo.
